How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact us.
Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders once they have been placed.
You can return your orders once you received it.
Vat / Tax
VAT (20% tax) is included in product prices listed on the UK site for all orders being shipped in the UK.
Is it safe to buy online?
At Farivah, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. Farivah employs Shopify's payment providers to ensure the security of personal data.
All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Shopify Payments are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. Shopify Payments is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant.
How can I pay?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We offer free express delivery for all order in the UK and takes around 2-3 working days.
EU, US, and international orders take around 3–10 working days.
Do you cover custom duties?
We ship our products from the UK, so all UK orders are exempt from customs duties.
For US and EU, all import taxes and duties will be covered by us. If you are asked to pay any import taxes or duties, please contact us with the invoice on hello@farivah.com
Can I track my parcel?
We ship all Farivah Jewellery with a tracking number, which you will receive once we dispatch your order.
Returns
How I can start my return?
n the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product, you can return your jewellery to us. Please see our Returns page to start your return process.
What items can I return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept earrings.
Where I can return my jewellery?
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping.
When I will receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Care & Warranty
1 Year warranty
We offer one-year warranty on all our jewellery. Manufacturing defects like breakage or tarnishing are covered in this time and we're committed to replacing these quickly and at no cost. Contact us If you have any questions about warranty
How to care for your jewellery?
With proper care, a gold vermeil piece can last for years:
- Avoid exposure to water, chemicals, and rough surfaces as these can cause damage to the gold plating.
- Store your jewelry in its own box or pouch, away from humidity and direct sunlight. This will prevent discoloration and tarnishing.
- To restore shine, gently rub the jewelry with a polishing cloth specifically made for gold vermeil.
- Avoid using abrasive, ultrasonic, and chemical dips as these can damage the gold plating.

What materials we use at Farivah?
At Farivah, we use 18-carat yellow and rose gold vermeil on sterling silver. Gold vermeil is ticker and more durable than gold plating.
Our gemstones are conflict-free semi-precious stones that are carefully handpicked. All our materials are sustainable and ethically sourced in Istanbul.
